Dahi Anjeer Kebab


  • 1 cup hung curd  
  • 2 tbsp grated cottage cheese   
  • ½ cup gram flour   
  • Salt to taste  
  • Crushed black pepper to taste
  • I tbsp oil to roast    
  • Tomato chutney as required   
For filling
  • ¼ cup chopped and soaked figs   
  • 1 tsp chopped green chili   
  • 1 tsp chopped ginger   
  • 1 tbsp chopped onions   
  • 1 - 2  tsp chopped coriander    
For salad                                                                                          
  • 2 figs 
  • ½ lemon lemon juice   
  • 2 tsp honey   


  • In a bowl put and mix hung curd, grated cottage cheese, gram flour, salt and crushed black pepper.
  • To make the filling in a bowl add and mix chopped and soaked fig, chopped chili, chopped ginger, chopped onions and chopped coriander. 
  • Heat oil in a pan then keep the hung curd mixture in the hand and seal it after stuffing it with the filling. Now roast it in the pan and keep it on the plate.
  • To make the salad cut the fig in a bowl, then squeeze lemon juice and add the honey and toss it.
  • Keep the salad in the plate and serve it with tomato chutney.
