Nargisi Kofta Curry

  • ½ kg mutton keema
  • 8 - 10 pepper corn
  • 3 big elaichi
  • 3 loong
  • 1 big spoon khas khas
  • 3 red chillies
  • 1 tbsp jeera
  • 1 spoon ginger garlic paste
  • 1 chopped & fried onion
  • 2  big spoon roasted besan
  • 2 boiled eggs
  • 1 cup brown paste
  • 2 tbsp ghee


  • In a pan take elaichi , long, pepper corn, khas khas, red chilly , jeera and roast the mixture.
  • Now in a mixer take the above mixture, fried onion, ginger paste and grind it to form the paste.
  • Now add keema in the mixer and grind for 30 sec.
  • Now take the mixture out and mix besan to it make koftas by wrapping this mixture all around boiled eggs.
  • Now take ghee in a pan and add onion paste, ginger garlic paste and stir. Add red chilly paste, some water, garam Masala powder, salt and mix it well. Let it boil for 2 min.
