  • 1/2 kg grated paneer
  • 1 boiled and grated potato
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 chopped green chilies
  • 1/2 spoon garam masala
  • 1/4 tbsp jaiphei (nutmeg) powder
  • 2 tbsp chopped dhaniya
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • Oil
  • Salt to taste


  • In a bowl take grated paneer, boiled and grated potato, egg, chopped onion, green chilies, garam masala, jaiphai, dhaniya, salt and mix them well.
  • Now make the cutlets of the mixture and wrap them with bread crumbs and deep fry them.
  • Garnish and serve.
