Pasta With Red Pepper Sauce

  • 1 cup fuseli pasta
  • 1 red pepper chopped
  • 1 carrot sliced
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 4 tsp olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • ½ cup tomato puree
  • ½ tsp pepper powder
  • ½ cup fresh cream
  • ½ tsp dried basil
  • A few springs of fresh parsley


  • Put pepper, carrot, onion in a tray. Sprinkle olive oil, and cook in oven for 180 degree Celsius for 10 minutes
  • Remove the vegetable from the oven and blend in a mixer with a little water
  • Boil sufficient water in a pan; add pasta, salt, oil cook till al-Dante. Drain and refresh in cold water add olive oil mix and keep
  • Heat olive oil in a pan, add garlic, vegetable puree, and tomato puree, mix well and salt pepper powder and cook
  • Add boiled pasta and mix, in addition add basil and fresh cream mix well
  • Transfer onto a serving dish and garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot
