Stuffed Mushroom Tempuras

INGREDIENT                                     

  • 6 - 7 mushrooms
  • 2 boiled potato    
  • 1 cup boiled peas
  • ½ cup fried and chopped cashew nuts                     
  • Salt to taste      
  • Red chilli powder to taste      
  • Garam masala powder to taste                                                
  • Chat masala to taste            
  • ½  cup chopped green chilies
  • Oil for frying                                          
For batter
  • Rice flour
  • Refined flour
  • Salt
  • Red chilli powder
  • Soda 
For serving
  • Mint and curd chutney

Method

  • First, mash boiled potatoes and add green chillies, cashew nuts, red chili powder along with chat masala in a bowl, mix them well.
  • Now, separate the mushrooms sticks and scoop out a little from inside.
  • Fill the prepared stuffing and put the sticks back.
  • Now, dip the mushrooms in the already prepared batter and fry them.
  • Your Stuffed Mushroom Tempuras are ready to serve.
